TERMS & CONDITIONS

Advance Payment:
A minimum of 30% of the total project value must be paid in advance before the commencement of any work.

Payment Details:
All payments must be made to UnnatiX Technologies, the registered GST and legal entity. 18% GST will be applicable as per Indian government norms.

Balance Payment:
The remaining amount is to be cleared based on milestone delivery or before final project handover, depending on the service.

Mode of Payment:
We accept payment via Bank Transfer. Account details will be provided on the invoice.

Turnaround Time & Delivery:
Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before starting. Delays from the client’s side in providing feedback or required materials may impact delivery timelines.

Revisions Policy:
Up to 2-3 minor revisions are included depending on the service. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

Confidentiality & NDA:
All shared business information, credentials, and documents will remain strictly confidential and used solely for the project’s execution.

Intellectual Property:
Final designs, code, or content delivered will become the client’s property post full payment. UnnatiX Technologies retains the right to use work samples for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Refund:
In case of project cancellation after commencement, the initial advance is non-refundable. Any further refund will be calculated based on work completed.

Support & Maintenance:
Post-delivery support (if included) will be specified in the proposal. Extended support can be availed at an additional cost.

Force Majeure & Emergency Delays:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as technical failure, health emergencies, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, UnnatiX Technologies reserves the right to reasonably extend project timelines. The client will be informed promptly with a revised delivery schedule, and all efforts will be made to minimize delay.
